how hard this hit me.

This tip should definitely be
up there as #1. It’s taken me
years to get this right and I’m
still “working” on it…

Spend quality time with your friends and family and put all business on the shelf for a day or two a month.

Subconsciously our work can be affected if in the back of our minds our work is taking us from the things that matter the most. It can cause a real blockage in the ability to flow like the rivers and the streams.

Personally there have been times where I could not flow because there was some blockage I could not locate only to find out after spending some QT with my family and reflecting back on it do I realize that they needed it…

and I did to!

people there are so helpful it’s almost
terrifying.

I’ve even turned comments
into blog posts. Awesome idea.

I’ve actually got a lot of great answers at the BetterNetworker forums. I ask my question and I get it answered pretty quickly.

Then I sometimes turn the discussion into a blog post, because I figure there are other people asking the same questions.

Long time no see. I’m glad to
see you back again.

You know, I feel guilty every
single time I flick the TV on.

There’s always some little bit
of work to do that I wish I had
done… but quite often my best
ideas come from relaxation and
not a 12 hour work day.

A timely post for me as well. Its easy to pile on to much pressure and overload yourself, which only leaves you feeling tired and frustrated.

Its good to know I din’t have to feel guilty about watching the occasional episode of Family Guy and having a laugh.
