I was in a training meeting the other day and thought I was literally going to throw up because they said there would be some role playing in front of everyone. I knew I wasn't going to die but my mind was telling me I was(I was basically the guy in the elevator). I'm so glad I found this post to motivate me to try new things, it might not be role playing in front of a group of people right now, but I might start making my own phone calls :) Oh my gosh, I love this post.
