Hey Hani,

Hope Santa was kind to you.
He was definitely kind to me.

Yeah, adding a call to action will
most definitely get you more comments
as long as it's friendly and not pushy. Sometimes
a "call to action" sounds like the guy is trying
to yell at ya. Hah.

Happy Holidays Yo Le,

Awesome tip. I never really thought
about it, but I guess it's similar to e-mail...
only through Facebook instead. Nice.

Hey Jason,

Merry Christmas!

I've started adding a call to action to my blog asking people to comment and it really works! I will definitely use the trick to post the first comment my self to get the conversation going...I would have never thought of that, but sounds like a fantastic idea.

Hey Jason,

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoy frequenting your blog! I'm always sharing your posts on Facebook and Tweeting, but I think I have yet to comment.

There's a first for everything right? ;-)

Quick tip I to not only get more comments, but also to get more traffic...

...If you have a Facebook group or fan page, you can send a broadcast putting a little call to action in and watch the comments come flying in!

Thanks for the Great content and Merry Christmas!

Hey Perig,

Nothing extreme this year. Spending
time with close friends and family like
tonight.

Just got back in.

Ate too much cherry cheesecake though.
Man, that was quite the spread.

I didn't even have room for apple pie. :-(

Hey Jason,

Thanks a lot for this post and for the link to the 7 calls to action secrets, I will read this with attention. Getting comments on posts is something I have found to be quite hard actually.

Have a nice Christmas. I'm about to go cook some duck confit with some roasted potatoes. Can't wait for it to be ready!

You got something special planned?

Hey Peter,

Just so happens you caught me
checking my e-mail. Hah. Just
happy you stopped by. I should
have held this post back for after
the holidays. :-D

Happy Holidays Peter. I most certainly
will check out your site.

Happy Holidays Mitchell,

I totally agree, credibility and credit
must share the same root. You look at the
big guys and they're brands seem to sell
for them. It's a nice spot to be in.

As for when we're gonna meet? Why Mitchell,
We're a team over here. So you might already
have met us. ;-)

Hey there Jason,

I ain't scared...I'll always give ya a little piece of my mind ;-) Even if you don't want to hear it.

That reverse strategy of yours really works. The old take away, 'this is probably not for you, but...'

It's funny how many things in life are kinda like credit...You've gotta have it to get it. Once you build it, then it perpetuates itself, getting you even more.

Like traffic, or name recognition...You've almost gotta ruffle some feathers to be seen then ease your way into a nice dialog which will then draw more to the conversation.

When are we gonna meet? Are you gonna be in Houston next month? Go to my blog NOW, sign in and leave me a message. You'll feel better.

Happy Holidays,

Your friend.
