Horrible, horrible thing. Other than squeezing the idea out one thing that causes block in me muscle tension. It affects your thinking too. So relaxation techniques, like meditation, or even a massive can work wonders too. :-) Dee,

I have my favorites but not all will work on the template I choose or the hosting I'm using so I have to remove it and go without it.
