A Quick Way To Get More Web Traffic With Less Comments…

How would you like to drive more traffic to your website without wasting a buncha time?

Well, believe it or not, I’m gonna show you an easy way to do that with – comments.

This strategy is sooo simple it “boggles” the mind

But you know, if you’re gonna comment…

You might as well MAXIMIZE your web traffic too, so here it is:

  1. Comment on article.
  2. Social Bookmark it.
  3. Retweet it on Twitter.
  4. Share it on Facebook.
  5. Rinse and repeat.

But why in the world would you want to do this?

It’s simple really. You’re driving traffic to other people’s websites but you’re also driving traffic to YOUR WEBSITE TOO.

Interesting examples…

I’m constantly amazed when I check my stats and see that Josh Garcia, Dwayne Huggins, Derek Alvarez, Or Wayne Vassell are driving as much as 4% of the traffic on this website straight to their blogs – according to Alexa.com

But that’s not all…

  • People will love you for it.
  • They will share your content everywhere
  • They will comment on your blogs and websites.
  • You’ll build relationships you can’t even imagine.

In short, they’ll start to return the favor.

To your success,

Jason The “Better Networker”

J,
Stop giving away all of these secrets man. I thought I was 3 feet ahead of the competition and now I’m just 3 inches.

My favorite traffic generator is posting “FREE BEER TOMORROW”. Seems to do the trick, but most of the visitors catch on after the second day or so.

Eric McMillan

P.S. I am going for the middle of the comment posts Ninja, now. I think it might be working.

Some stats to note:

I’ve noticed that 2nd, and 3rd comments are averaging about 2% of the traffic here.

1st place gets about 4% according to alexa… but after that… you’re still gold in the top 3-4.

Of course, quality counts too. I’m sure.

I love the free beer strategy though.

[Reply]

Jason Reply:

I’m glad you brought that up :-)

Actually, it doesn’t matter how small the blog is as long as the content is solid.

Here’s why:

You’re really sharing these sites with YOUR followers on Facebook, Twitter, and so on.

Your results will be directly affected by how much of a following you have on Twitter, Facebook, or whichever social bookmarking sites you’re using.

See the logic?

If you spam your links one after another people call you a spammer….

But, when you share everybody elses links…

You’re a hero!

Of course, they many of them will see you in the comments… and be reminded of why you totally rock… more visits for you.

On top of the traffic that is already going to that blog as is.

So everybody wins.

Hi Jason,

I just got back from Email Rehab,

It’s a pretty tough 12 step program but I made it thru with just a couple of black eyes.

Thats the first step, they take you in a room, water board you, kick your butt and swell both eyes shut , and then you can finally kick the habit of opening every thing you get in your emails, because you can’t see.

I’ll sure be glad when WWN comes out , because I sure as hell don’t want to relapse, because they say the next thing is they smash your mouse.

Have you ever tried working with a smashed mouse.

Black eyes is one thing but a sore mouse would probably do me in.

Thank you for all the great tips, maybe someday you’ll want to learn to play the fiddle and I’ll return the favor.

The “MLM” Cowboy
Clay Mac
P.S How ’bout some of that Tylenol “Mr D” was talkin’ about, send me a couple extra bottles , because it’s going to be tough for awhile
my mouse is sore, and I have carpal tunnel syndrome.

The last time I had that was at The Silver Dollar in Austin and while my band was setting up, I was playing some kinda video game , and had to play my fiddle with a frickin ace bandage on my wrist.

That’s what we call (Dumb Ass in West Texas)

I have seen fantastic results since I started implementing the five steps and I really enjoy and appreciate the interaction with like-minded marketers too. What I will say is that the most important of those steps is No 5 – REPEAT! As with every strategy, most people do it once or twice, don’t see any results and give up.

Comments – yes. but that’s not all it is…

I would like to suggest some additional traffic generation method – create an info product, or get some relevant to the topic products to resell and then run your offer via affiliate network to make affiliates drive traffic to your site. You pay commission on sales without putting time into actual work when the system runs on autopilot.

Then you can monetize your traffic in many ways – AdSense, Affiliate offers etc..

Btw, speaking of monetization via affiliate sales…

It’s interesting that majority of bloggers didn’t incorporate it yet in their monetization model, I guess it’s just a matter of awareness.

All those who include it in their program report that it’s their #1 monetization option in comparison with other income sources, since the payout per sale in extremely high, not like traditional CPA models.

Commission for PPD programs range from $1,000 to $20,000 per single deal! So, as a result, all you need is targeted blog. You don’t even need to sweat on building high traffic, as to make $10K/month all one needs is to make couple of conversions.

It’s a goldmine!

Once again, thank you for sharing.
