That was an awesome article. I can’t believe all of the amazing information that I get from here. I liked how Mike Dillard revealed that his secret weapon was ‘ Notepad ‘. That was a big one for me. I was so bad at setting goals and didn’t write them down.

Hey Jason, thanks Buddy.

They’re all great tips.

As a framing contractor for the past 25+ years I seem to already have an excellent ‘production system’ in place, however, your 4th point really jumped out at me.

I’ve never really seemed to give myself a break or allow myself to relax. Now that I’m sitting behind this screen all day and not out there swinging a hammer in the wood pile I really need to. I’m already starting to loose my ‘girly firgure’=).

Hey, one more tip I find helpful for real production.

I have an ongoing ‘To Do’ list. It dates back years. I too prioritize my tasks, then cross items off as they are completed. Every night, before bed, so that I ‘dream’ about them, I ad new items for the next day. This list is never complete and yet I am always accomplishing my tasks.
