MLM: “How Can I Stand Out From The Rest Of The MLM Crowd?”

MLM Marketing Mastery - How To Stand Out From The CrowdHey, last night I was reading a post in the Better Networker forums and someone asked “How Do You Stand Out In The Crowd?” It kinda stopped me dead because I thought… well… that’s easy. Just look at what everyone else is doing and…

“Don’t do it!”

But I don’t think that does the question justice. So if you’re interested I’d like to give you my two cents on the whole thing and share a few strategies that can’t help but work for you in the months ahead.

A side note: This is a much bigger issue than most marketers realize these days and your answer to this question could very well decide how successful you are… or are going to be in Network Marketing over the next few years.

Because we’re really facing a crisis of sorts.

As you already know, your prospects are over-marketing, over-sold, and pissed off about it. They’ll slam a phone faster than you can pick it up. Not to mention… deleting your e-mails without even reading them!

Unless you get this right.

So here’s five words that will light the way…

• Value. Give, give and give some more. But be warned, this approach alone won’t float your boat forever. With so much free content out there these days you have to be exceptional…

• Relationships. While I think the term “relationship marketing” is a bit misleading I do believe that building a relationship with your market is a must… not an option. If you want to stand out from the crowd then make friends. Show sincere interest in your readers.

• Persistence. There’s an old quote about persistence and I think I’m gonna dig that up for you… be right back.

Here it is…

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “press on” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race” – Calvin Coolidge

Let’s face it, most people don’t hit a homerun on their first swing, but over time you can build massive success if you simply refuse to give up.

• Personality. I know I harp on this a lot but there’s so many robots online that people are almost afraid to open up. Be yourself and share yourself. More doors will open then you could possibly imagine.

• Contrast. Like I said before, If you really want to stand out from the crowd then watch what they’re doing and DON’T DO IT.

Let’s be frank here, most people are not going to succeed in Network Marketing. So following their lead is like the blind leading the blind. Attach yourself to a leader you can trust. Buy their stuff, and avoid the zombies.

And that about wraps that up.

I couldnt agree more.!! Reading peoples ads where everybody was broke and in living in a brown paper bag on the side of the highway and now he (she) is a multi because of his secret system, which he will happily share with you for $9 99 makes one want to puke. DO SOMETHING NEW !!!!
