“Why Your MLM Prospects Don’t Trust You…”

Trust In Network MarketingImagine if every time you picked up the phone, sent an e-mail, or met a prospect face to face they were ready to sign on the dotted line. Wow, that would be awesome. Then you pinch yourself, wake up, and realize it’s never gonna happen because of one annoying human habit…

TRUST. Or rather the lack thereof.

You see, when it comes down to it the biggest objection people are going to have is always going to be “I DON’T TRUST YOU.” So if you want to bump your sales or recruit like a pro then you’re gonna have to build a mountain of proof. A fortress of credibility.

But how can you do it? Better yet… how can you do it right now?

Well, here’s a handy little checklist of things you can do right now to build your credibility and reputation. It’s your choice… keep on struggling or step up to the plate.

Trust and Credibility Checklist…
• Attitude. A friendly face is welcome almost anywhere.
• Research. Know your market better than they know themselves.
• Contact info. Make it available. This shows you have nothing to hide.
• Address. Your location says a lot about you. More than you believe.
• Skill. Experts are credible even on the stand. Get skilled.
• Confidence. Instantly sets you apart as a leader. Act confident.
• Facts. By knowing more you become the expert. Get the facts.
• Case studies. If legally permissable. Use them.
• Testimonials. Personal or professional. If legally permissable.
• Character references. Just like on a resume… only casual
• Clubs and associations in good standing with your prospects.
• Reputation. Over time this is your most important asset. Protect it.
• Honesty. Admit your flaws openly. Even bring the skeletons out.
• Seals like the ABN (Association of Better Networkers Verification Seal)
• How you dress. The old “fake-it till you make it” approach. It rubs off.

Through pictures…
• “Celebrity” photos. Of you with acknowledged experts
• Personal photos from your life, friends, and family.
• Podium photos. Photos that show you in action. Speaking or teaching.
• Money shots. Actual photos of your achievements.

A few more key ideas…
• Your social circle. You become who you hang out with.
• Seminars. A great place to meet top-talent and grow.
• Teleseminars. Why not host your own?

And by all means, keep going. I’m willing to bet if you grab a blank piece of paper and a pen you could easily come up with ten more ways to build your credibility today.

And believe me, this is nothing small. It’s probably the most important thing you could do to leverage everything you’re doing online or offline to build your home based business.

What do you think?

Thank you Mitchell.

I think a lot of people brush this off
and will suffer no end of pain because
or it.

I hope you understand that I
couldn’t share your last comment… not
that I didn’t want to.

It’s just that open links and
phone numbers are discouraged here even
when absolutely sincere… which I believe
you are.

Thank you for your offer. And as always, it’s
great to have you here. :-)
